Our vineyards were planted under the advice of top global Viticulturalist, Pedro Parra, in the 1990s identifying the optimum site for production of world-class grapes. Over the subsequent years, we have honed our own skills as we have learnt to respect and work hand in hand with Mother Nature.
Fruit selection in the vineyards is critical to the pure, expressive style of our Sauvignon Blanc. We source from three different sites to bring together different flavour components to the final wine - citrus, tropical and structure.
From selected vineyard sites across Chile's Central Valley. The cooling influences of the Andes and the Humboldt current together with the diurnal temperature difference here allows for slow ripening so the grapes develop maximum flavour.
An outstanding
single-vineyard Pinot Noir
crafted from fruit sourced from one of the most coastal vineyards in Chile, situated in the Leyda region just south of the port of San Antonio. Vibrant, fresh and elegant.
We are currently working with growers to introduce further varieties to our small, crafted range.
